Responsibilities: Fulfil the staffing needs of Japanese speaking clients based in Singapore. Understand clients’ business overviews and client requirements for positions. Source candidates by using databases, job portal, professional social media platform etc. Cold and warm calls to candidates for phone screening to select the right candidates for positions. Match the most suitable candidates to positions. Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients Facilitate and finalize agreements between candidates and clients. Developing new sources of business and relationship management with existing accounts. Other ad hoc administrative duties.
