Job Responsibilities Build and strengthen partnerships with Social Service Agencies (SSAs) and Active Ageing Centres (AACs) to expand the reach of the organisation’s caregiver support programmes and services. Develop strategic manpower and service collaborations with home and personal care providers, supporting their care delivery capabilities through the organisation’s trained caregiving workforce. Establish the organisation’s presence within local communities by securing suitable venues, including shopping malls, community spaces, and private residential developments, for programme delivery and centre operations. Identify, evaluate, and collaborate with technology and digital health partners to enhance home monitoring, remote care, and caregiver-focused digital solutions. Promote the organisation’s services and capabilities through active engagement with external stakeholders, representing the organisation at industry forums, community events, and media platforms. Manage the full partnership lifecycle, including lead generation, stakeholder engagement, proposal development, contract negotiations, onboarding, and partnership activation. Job Requirements Diploma or Degree in a relevant discipline. At least 5 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or stakeholder engagement within the social services, community care, healthcare, or related sectors. Strong understanding of Singapore’s community care and ageing services landscape. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, healthcare professionals, corporate partners, and community leaders. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently in a lean and purpose-driven environment. Experience in technology, healthtech, or digital health partnerships will be an added advantage.
