About this role
Contract Duration: 3+3 Months Location: Paya Lebar Working Days & Hours: Mon - Fri, 830am - 6pm Contract & Administrative Support Prepare media booking confirmations and contract documents using standard templates. Update booking and contract information accurately in internal systems. Coordinate with the Sales team to confirm media space availability. Check media booking documents to ensure information is complete and accurate. Support the creation, amendment, and cancellation of media bookings and contracts. Ensure signed documents are in place before campaigns are launched. Follow up on required payments and assist in monitoring outstanding items. Ensure necessary approvals are obtained before campaigns go live. Operations Support Set up new media inventory, advertising spaces, and media packages in the system. Maintain and update records in internal databases and systems. Assist with user access requests and system-related administrative tasks. Provide support for ad hoc projects and day-to-day operational activities as assigned. Requirements Minimum GCE ‘A’ Levels, Diploma, or equivalent qualification. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook). Good attention to detail and organizational skills. Able to work independently and communicate effectively with internal teams. Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
