Telesales - Contract To Perm

Deliver sales targets and meet campaign key performance indicators (KPIs) which includes sales targets, call quality and operational standards Conduct telemarketing calls to promote General Insurance products with clear product knowledge and references, to existing and prospective customers Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell Convert leads provided by the company to sales through telemarketing activities Ensure all call activities are conducted with full adherence to regulations and in line with Quality Assurance standards Update customer information in the database Note: Relevant training will be provided Requirements: Minimum GCE ‘O’ level Prior experience working in telemarketing or sales function and/or the financial services sector preferred Insurance Certificate in General Insurance (BCP, PGI, HI) will be an added advantage Comfortable with outbound calls and stakeholder interactions Sufficiently resilient to handle rejection and objections from customers Persuasive and committed to meet/exceed sales targets Sales-driven and possess a can-do attitude To apply, simply click "APPLY" and submit your curriculum vitae (CV) through GO, the official PERSOL job application platform.
