Senior Quantity Surveyor

Core Responsibilities Prepare tenders, quotations, and progress claims to support procurement and billing processes Conduct measurement take-offs, manage Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and ensure accurate project costing Source and evaluate suppliers/subcontractors, negotiate quotations, and select reliable partners Advise project teams on cost implications of variations to maintain budget control Handle interim payments, claims, and maintain proper project documentation for compliance Administer tender processes and provide support for ongoing project execution Lead and mentor junior QS staff, ensuring quality standards and adherence to company policies Preferred Competencies & Qualifications Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or related field Knowledge of steel structure construction methods and materials Strong analytical skills for cost evaluation and decision-making Effective communication skills for collaboration with teams and suppliers Team-oriented mindset to achieve project goals Other Information Applications may be submittedvia email: phaetonegl@gmail.com
