Job Description & Requirements Responsibilities Prepare tenders, quotations, and progress claims to support project procurement and billing processes Take off measurements and manage Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and tender documents to ensure accurate project costing Source suppliers and subcontractors, evaluate quotations to select cost-effective and reliable partners Advise project teams on cost impacts of variations to support informed decision-making and budget control Handle interim payments, claims, and maintain project documentation to ensure financial accuracy and compliance Manage tender administration and provide support for ongoing project works to facilitate smooth project execution Preferred competencies and qualifications Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or related field Knowledge of steel structure construction methods and materials to enhance project cost assessments Strong analytical skills applied to project cost evaluation and decision-making Effective communication skills to collaborate with project teams and suppliers Ability to work well within a team environment to achieve project goals Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
