A senior-level Facilities Engineering professional to provide CSA, Mechanical, or Electrical technical leadership across complex, high-reliability manufacturing environments . This role is construction-led , requiring strong design engineering capability to bridge front-end design intent through project execution, commissioning, and operational readiness across regional and global sites. Key Responsibilities Serve as a subject matter expert supporting site and regional facilities teams across multiple geographies Provide technical input from design development through construction, commissioning, and handover Partner with project and construction teams to deliver large-scale new builds and infrastructure upgrades Interpret, challenge, and refine engineering designs to ensure constructability and operational suitability Establish, enhance, and govern engineering guidelines, technical criteria, and standard practices Support capacity planning, infrastructure resilience, and long-term system performance improvements Lead or contribute to programs focused on asset reliability, risk reduction, and lifecycle optimization Champion sustainability outcomes through efficient energy, water, and utilities strategies Evaluate technical scope and engineering justifications for major capital investment decisions Assess system and operational data to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities Collaborate with operations, procurement, vendors, consultants, and external partners Provide hands-on technical support during critical construction phases or facility incidents Support technology migrations, equipment installations, and brownfield modifications Ensure all works comply with governing codes, statutory requirements, and internal quality standards Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Structural, or a related engineering discipline 7–15 years of experience in advanced manufacturing, semiconductor, data centre, or mission‑critical facilities Deep technical knowledge in CSA, Mechanical, or Electrical building systems Strong background supporting construction delivery with solid engineering design exposure Proven involvement in complex capital projects from early design through execution Practical understanding of facilities operations, reliability engineering, and maintenance strategies Experience supporting sustainability, efficiency, or infrastructure optimization initiatives Comfortable working across geographically dispersed and culturally diverse teams Strong analytical capability with sound engineering judgement in high‑risk environments Clear communicator able to engage technical and non‑technical stakeholders Willingness to travel regionally or internationally based on project needs Consultant: Lisa Ong Li Xian (EA License No: R24123585)
