Clinical Specialist

About the role This is a full-time Clinical Specialist role with Pharmatech Medical Entreprise Pte Ltd, a leading Pharmaceutical and Medical devices company based in the Central Region. As a Clinical Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical and clinical support to healthcare professionals, ensuring the safe and effective use of our innovative medical products. What you'll be doing Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare providers, such as doctors, nurses, and pharmacists Providing comprehensive product training and education to ensure optimal utilisation of our medical devices and pharmaceuticals Addressing any clinical questions or concerns from healthcare professionals, and escalating issues to the appropriate teams as needed Collecting and analysing feedback from customers to drive product improvements and enhance the customer experience Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective strategies for promoting our products Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide expert guidance to our customers What we're looking for Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar clinical specialist, medical sales role or OT experience within the medical device industry Excellent knowledge of the healthcare industry, including clinical workflows, regulatory requirements, and industry trends Strong technical and medical expertise, with the ability to understand and explain complex product features and functionality Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with healthcare professionals at all levels Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently to deliver high-quality customer support Diploma/Degree in a relevant field, such as nursing, pharmacy, or biomedical engineering, is preferred New graduates are welcome to apply What we offer At Pharmatech Medical Entreprise Pte Ltd, we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and fulfilling work experience.
