Videographer

Job Summary We are looking for a creative and driven Videographer to join our Marketing team. You will be responsible for planning, filming, editing, and producing high-quality video content that showcases our vehicles, brand, and services across digital platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for storytelling, understands current social media trends, and is passionate about creating engaging automotive content that drives brand awareness and sales. Key Responsibilities Video Production Plan, storyboard, and execute video shoots for vehicle showcases, promotional campaigns, customer testimonials, events, and behind-the-scenes content. Capture high-quality footage using professional cameras, drones (where applicable), gimbals, and lighting equipment. Conduct indoor and outdoor filming at the showroom, vehicle yard, workshops, and event locations. Direct talents, sales consultants, and customers during filming to ensure engaging and professional content. Video Editing & Post-Production Edit raw footage into compelling videos for various platforms including TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, YouTube, and website content. Perform colour correction, sound editing, motion graphics, subtitles, transitions, and visual effects. Produce multiple video formats and aspect ratios suitable for each social media platform. Ensure all videos align with the company's branding guidelines and marketing objectives. Content Creation Work closely with the Marketing team to develop creative concepts and monthly content calendars. Create engaging short-form videos that highlight vehicle features, promotions, delivery moments, educational content, and customer experiences. Keep up with social media trends and recommend new video ideas that improve engagement and reach. Equipment & Asset Management Maintain cameras, lenses, lighting, microphones, stabilizers, drones, and other production equipment. Organise and archive video footage and digital assets for future use. Ensure proper backup and storage of all production files. Collaboration Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Detailing, and Management teams to plan video productions. Support marketing campaigns, product launches, recruitment videos, and company events. Assist in photography when required. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Film, Media, Multimedia, Mass Communication, or a related field is preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience in videography and video editing. Strong portfolio demonstrating creative video production and editing skills. Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent editing software. Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom is advantageous. Experience operating DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, drones, gimbals, lighting, and audio equipment. Good understanding of composition, lighting, framing, and storytelling techniques. Familiarity with social media content trends and platform requirements. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Possesses a Class 3 Driving Licence (preferred) to travel between company locations and event venues. Preferred Skills Strong creative thinking and visual storytelling abilities. Excellent attention to detail. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Adaptable, proactive, and willing to learn new filming techniques and editing trends. Passion for cars and the automotive industry is an added advantage.
