Workplace Safety & Health Officer

Company Overview PMPS Liner Technology Group, established in 2002, operates across Asia delivering “No-Dig” sewer and water pipeline rehabilitation projects in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and Hong Kong. Job Summary Lead safety management by developing policies, conducting inspections, and driving workplace accident investigations to ensure regulatory compliance and promote a safe construction environment. Responsibilities Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and legislation Conduct regular safety inspections of workplace and equipment to identify hazards and enforce safety standards Lead investigations into workplace accidents and recommend effective preventive measures to mitigate risks Organize and deliver safety awareness programs, training sessions, and toolbox meetings for on-site staff to enhance safety culture Participate actively in safety committees and safety-related meetings to contribute to continuous safety improvements Manage safety documentation, data recording, administrative tasks, and communications to maintain accurate safety records Required competencies and certifications MOM Registered WSH Officer (as mandated for safety oversight) Preferred competencies and qualifications Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Construction Industry with specific experience in confined space works Ability to work night shifts Demonstrated leadership and effective communication skills with a positive attitude Possession of own vehicle for work-related travel Other Information Office Location: Ubi Avenue 6 days work
