Role Overview: As a Project Manager, you'll be at the helm of driving our most exciting initiatives forward. From inception to execution, you'll harness your leadership prowess, attention to detail, and knack for communication to ensure our projects exceed expectations. Responsibilities: Pioneer Projects: Spearhead and manage projects from start to finish, ensuring they align with our vision and exceed client expectations. Collaborate Creatively: Work closely with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables, fostering a collaborative spirit that sparks innovation. Empower Excellence: Allocate resources effectively, coordinate internal teams and external partners, and keep projects on track for success. Fuel Progress: Monitor project progress with precision, using top-notch tools and techniques to track performance and deliver results on time and within budget. Navigate Challenges: Proactively identify and mitigate risks, making strategic decisions that keep projects on course even in the face of complexity. Requirements: Experiece: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering) or work experience in the Technology field and Project Management. Proven Leadership: Demonstrated success as a Project Manager, preferably in the CCTV industry, showcasing your ability to lead teams and deliver outstanding results. Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, eager to learn new skills and knowledge quickly. Willing to work hand-on. Communication Mastery: Excellent verbal and written communication skills that inspire trust, build relationships, and keep stakeholders informed every step of the way. Tool Proficiency: Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, ensuring you're equipped to handle the complexities of modern project execution.
