Assistant Project Manager

Company Overview We are an established organization seeking dynamic individuals to join our Engineering Team to deliver quality engineering services and support successful project execution for our clients. Job Summary Support electrical project execution by planning, coordinating, and supervising activities to ensure timely completion, compliance, and effective stakeholder communication. Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and supervise electrical project activities to support timely and efficient project delivery Monitor project progress and track milestones to ensure adherence to schedules Collaborate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth project operations Prepare detailed project reports, documentation, and progress updates for management and stakeholders Ensure all project activities comply with safety, quality, and regulatory standards Assist in managing project costs, materials, and resource allocation to optimize budget and efficiency Participate in site meetings and proactively resolve day-to-day project issues to maintain workflow Execute additional duties as assigned by management to support project goals Preferred competencies and qualifications Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline minimum 5 years of relevant experience in electrical or M&E projects Proficient in Microsoft Office applications to prepare reports and documentation Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills to facilitate teamwork and issue resolution Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
