This role bridges sales coordination and accounts administration, ensuring smooth client communication while maintaining accurate financial records. Roles & Responsibilities Sales Support - Prepare quotations, orders, invoices, and related documentation accurately and promptly - Develop product knowledge and propose suitable solutions based on customer requirements - Communicate regularly with ID, customers and production team - Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after‑sales support. - Contribute to process improvements and sales activity enhancements Accounts & Finance - Handle invoicing, receipts, and payment records. - Track outstanding accounts and ensure timely collections. Administration & Coordination - Liaise with internal departments (production, logistics, operations) to ensure smooth order fulfillment. - Prepare and maintain sales and accounts reports. - Support management with ad‑hoc administrative tasks. Requirements Diploma/Degree in Business, Accounting or related field. 1–3 years of experience in sales support, accounts, or admin roles. Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and accounting software. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail‑oriented, organized and able to multitask. Proactive, resourceful, and accountable. Knowledge of invoicing, payment schedules, and customer account management. Exposure to cross‑border documentation or logistics is an advantage.
