Job Scope; Financial Management & Corporate Governance Lead the organisation's financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes. Oversee the full spectrum of finance operations, including hands-on bookkeeping, monthly financial closing and management reporting. Manage cash flow, annual audits and ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory and financial reporting requirements. Prepare financial reports, analysis and Board papers to support strategic decision-making by senior management and the Board. Serve as the organisation's appointed Data Protection Officer (DPO), ensuring compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and promoting sound data governance practices. Strategic Planning & Organisational Development Support the development and execution of the organisation's strategic plans and corporate initiatives. Drive continuous process improvement and digital transformation projects to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery. Develop, review and implement organisational policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and internal controls to strengthen governance, accountability and operational effectiveness. Grants & Funding Management Oversee the administration of government grants and other funding programmes, ensuring compliance with funding requirements and reporting obligations. Coordinate grant applications, claims, utilisation reports and submissions to funding agencies. Support donor engagement initiatives by providing financial and operational information required for funding sustainability and accountability. Human Resource Management Oversee recruitment, onboarding, staff administration and offboarding processes. Support workforce planning, performance management, employee engagement and staff development initiatives. Ensure compliance with employment legislation, HR policies and best practices. Oversee staff training, compensation and benefits administration while promoting a positive workplace culture. Information Technology & Systems Management Oversee the organisation's IT infrastructure, enterprise systems and cybersecurity initiatives to ensure secure and reliable operations. Manage business platforms including Microsoft 365, Document Management Systems (DMS), CorpPass and access control systems. Coordinate IT enhancement projects and manage relationships with external IT vendors and service providers. Lead digitalisation initiatives that improve operational efficiency and support the delivery of organisational services. Operations & Administration Oversee office administration, procurement activities and facilities management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Manage vendor relationships, service contracts and procurement processes. Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements, business continuity planning and operational risk management. Leadership & Team Management Lead, mentor and develop the Client Services and Corporate Services teams to achieve organisational objectives. Provide coaching, guidance and performance management to support employee growth and capability development. Foster cross-functional collaboration and cultivate a positive, high-performing organisational culture. Act as a strategic business partner to senior leadership by providing recommendations on corporate, financial and operational matters. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems or a related discipline. Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in corporate services, finance, operations or organisational management. At least 5 years of leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional operations. Experience within the social service, healthcare or non-profit sector will be an advantage.
