Job Summary We are looking for a proactive Project Engineer to manage and coordinate the successful delivery of security system projects from planning through commissioning. You will oversee project execution, coordinate with clients and internal teams, ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, and maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end execution of security system projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality workmanship, and compliance with project specifications. Coordinate project activities, schedules, manpower, and resources to achieve project milestones and deadlines. Serve as the primary liaison between clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Oversee the installation, testing, commissioning, configuration, and handover of security systems. Ensure projects are delivered according to the agreed scope, budget, and timeline while maintaining customer satisfaction. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions where necessary. Provide technical support and guidance during project implementation and resolve technical issues when required. Coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth execution of installation and commissioning activities. Prepare and maintain project documentation, progress reports, technical records, and handover documentation. Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety requirements, and industry standards. Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients through effective communication and professional project management. Perform any other duties assigned by management. Requirements Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 2 years of experience in project engineering or project management, preferably within the electronic security or ELV industry. Hands-on knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Alarm, and other electronic security systems. Good understanding of ELV systems, networking fundamentals, system testing, and commissioning. Strong project planning, coordination, and organisational skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
