Creative Studio Manager

Join SK-II’s Creative Studio as a Senior Creative to craft exceptional work across film, packaging, retail, digital, and immersive experiences for a luxury beauty brand with rich heritage. Role Responsibilities Lead creative development across brand films, packaging, retail, digital, product launches, and immersive experiences to elevate SK-II’s brand presence Apply exceptional craft in design and advertising to deliver high-quality creative outputs aligned with brand standards Collaborate closely with makers, writers, and designers to make timely, high-impact creative decisions in a fast-paced environment Direct film treatments, refine typographic details, and design customer journeys to enhance brand storytelling and consumer engagement Proactively learn and apply new creative disciplines without waiting for formal direction Manage creative tasks efficiently to focus on producing work rather than administrative reporting Role Requirements Degree in Fine Arts, Illustration, or Animation 3-5 years of experience in the film industry or production houses within art/visualization departments; experience in luxury and beauty brands is a strong plus Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere) Familiarity with AI tools such as Weavy, Flora, or Comfy UI Basic knowledge of 3D software like Blender, Zbrush, or Cinema4D Portfolio demonstrating a range of styles and subjects with strong understanding of anatomy, perspective, color theory, and composition Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills About us We produce globally recognized brands and we grow the best business leaders in the industry.
