Job Summary You will manage resident relations and project enquiries, handle resident feedback and complaints, coordinate maintenance works within flats, and provide administrative support for construction committee meetings. Responsibilities Manage public relation issues and respond to general project enquiries from residents to maintain positive community relations Receive, document, and resolve resident feedback and complaints by coordinating timely maintenance and repair works within flats Perform clerical duties as assigned by immediate supervisors to support project administration Build and maintain good rapport with residents to foster a positive living environment Attend construction working committee meetings and provide administrative assistance to ensure smooth meeting operations Preferred competencies and qualifications Minimum GCE 'A' Level Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role managing resident relations or project enquiries Proficient in Microsoft Office applications to support administrative tasks Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with residents and team members Pleasant personality and friendly disposition to enhance resident interactions Experience with HDB HIP projects is an added advantage Other Information Work schedule: 5.5 days per week or alternate full Saturdays
