Project Manager

Responsibilities Plan and initiate projects by defining scope, objectives, and deliverables. Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal stakeholders, managing relationships effectively. Oversee the execution of projects, monitor progress, and provide regular updates to all parties involved. Manage project budgets, review contractor claims, and identify opportunities for cost savings. Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, addressing issues as they arise. Ensure all project deliverables meet established quality standards and client expectations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, and prepare necessary reports. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and governance frameworks. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Building Construction. 10–12 years of relevant experience in the construction and/or consultants. Strong communication and leadership skills. Proven track record in managing manpower in construction, with experience in supervising and motivating teams to successfully meet project objectives. Must be willing to visit supervisors and workers regularly at the site & Dormitory. Willing to work night shifts as required. Responsible for attending toolbox meetings. Must possess a valid driving license.
