Job Responsibilities: 1. Operational Training • Assist in day-to-day store operations including customer service, food/beverage preparation, cashiering, and stock management. • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards according to company and regulatory guidelines. • Learn and follow all SOPs for service excellence. 2. Leadership Development • Support senior staff in team supervision, shift scheduling, and task delegation. • Learn how to motivate and lead a team to achieve operational goals. • Monitor service standards and assist in handling customer feedback or complaints. 3. Inventory & Supplies • Assist in stock-taking and inventory control. • Learn to manage ordering, receiving, and storage procedures. 4. Sales & Reporting • Understand daily sales processes and help prepare end-of-day reports. • Learn how to analyze sales and performance data for decision-making. 5. People Management • Participate in training new staff. • Understand basic labor laws, staff welfare, and conflict resolution. Learning Structure: 1. Initial Phase: Learning Store Opening Procedures • Summarize government policies • Study marketing plans • Collect market information 2. Mid Phase: Learning Various Job Skills • Restaurant service procedures • KTV service procedures • Training in skills of different departments 3.
