This role leads the governance of Data & AI initiatives across the Group, with a strong focus on Agentic AI. You will establish governance frameworks for AI agents while driving the adoption of AI-powered solutions to automate governance processes, ensuring AI is deployed responsibly, securely and in compliance with regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain enterprise Data & AI Governance frameworks, policies and standards, with a focus on Responsible AI and Agentic AI governance. Design and implement AI Agents to automate governance processes such as policy compliance, data quality monitoring, metadata management, lineage tracking and AI risk assessments. Establish governance controls for AI agents, including accountability, explainability, monitoring, human oversight and regulatory compliance. Drive enterprise adoption of AI governance practices and partner with business and technology teams to operationalize governance across the Group. Design governance monitoring for data cataloguing, lineage, usage and AI-generated assets. Promote AI literacy and Responsible AI awareness across the organization while staying current with emerging AI technologies and regulations. Requirements Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems or a related discipline. 8+ years of experience in Data Governance, AI Governance, Data Management or Technology within Financial Services or Insurance. Experience with Responsible AI, AI Governance, LLMs and Agentic AI concepts. Knowledge of data governance disciplines such as data quality, metadata, lineage and master data management. Exposure to cloud platforms, modern data architectures and AI frameworks (e.g. LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen or similar) is an advantage. Strong stakeholder management, analytical and communication skills. Success in this Role Build trusted governance frameworks for Agentic AI.
