Senior / Application Engineer (Mechanical)

Responsibilities Design and develop mechanical solutions for critical power, data centre, and industrial projects. Prepare mechanical designs for generator (genset) skid bases, fuel tanks, canopy enclosures, AHUs, chillers, and related equipment. Review customer specifications and provide technical support during tender and project execution. Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal engineering teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Review technical drawings, equipment specifications, and vendor submissions to ensure compliance with project requirements. Work closely with Electrical Engineers and Supply Chain teams to optimise system design and equipment selection. Support project execution from tender stage through project completion. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline. At least 3 years of experience in Mechanical Design, Application Engineering, or Project Engineering. Experience in power generation, data centres, HVAC, or industrial projects. Hands-on experience with gensets, fuel systems, skid bases, AHUs, chillers, or mechanical equipment integration. Able to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications. Good communication skills with the ability to work with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
