Job Summary Join QXY as a Project Engineer to lead project execution, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure quality and safety compliance. Responsibilities Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution Supervise and monitor site works to verify compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards Identify and resolve technical and site issues proactively to maintain project progress Prepare detailed progress reports, site records, and meeting minutes for project documentation Enforce workplace safety and regulatory compliance on site to uphold safety standards Support the Project Manager in delivering projects on time and within budget through effective collaboration Required competencies and certifications Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering recognised by PE Board Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in A&A, ID, or new build projects Preferred competencies and qualifications Strong knowledge of civil and structural works and construction methods Proficient in using project and site management tools Demonstrated coordination and problem-solving skills in construction project contexts Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities Proactive, responsible, and team-oriented mindset Other Information Benefits Competitive salary commensurate with experience Performance recognition programs Exposure to diverse project types Stable and supportive working environment Clear career growth opportunities aligned with company expansion
