Job Summary Join QXY RESOURCES PTE. LTD. as an M&E Coordinator to lead project planning, technical coordination, and quality assurance for mechanical and electrical works, driving smooth execution and compliance in new build, A&A, and R&R projects. Responsibilities Plan and design M&E projects, managing material requisition, cost control, and documentation to ensure project accuracy and efficiency Coordinate technical matters with clients, consultants, and subcontractors, delivering M&E solutions supported by proper documentation Review project specifications and construction drawings to identify and resolve technical clarifications, discrepancies, or defects Prepare and verify method statements for consistency and alignment with project requirements Monitor M&E work progress, troubleshoot site issues promptly, and implement effective solutions to maintain timelines Ensure M&E workmanship quality complies with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards Participate actively in project meetings and liaise with stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution Foster teamwork, mutual respect, and continuous improvement within the project team environment Required competencies and certifications Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in M&E coordination for New Build, A&A, or R&R projects Preferred competencies and qualifications Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, construction processes, and regulatory requirements Excellent coordination and problem-solving skills demonstrated through proactive site challenge management Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with consultants, subcontractors, and clients Highly motivated, independent, responsible, and adaptable with a strong team spirit Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within tight timelines Other Information Benefits Competitive salary and benefits package Supportive team environment where contributions are recognized and valued Career growth opportunities in the construction industry If you’re ready to take the next step in your career and work in a place where you’re valued, apply now!
