Job Summary Join QXY as a Project Manager to lead construction projects, coordinate stakeholders, manage risks, and drive successful project delivery in a collaborative and growth-focused environment. Responsibilities Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery Coordinate and collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders to facilitate seamless project execution Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to mitigate issues and maintain project objectives Manage comprehensive project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and change requests for accurate record-keeping Ensure compliance with construction regulations, safety standards, and company policies to uphold quality and safety requirements Communicate project status and updates clearly to senior management and clients to support informed decision-making Provide leadership and guidance to project team members to foster collaboration and achieve project goals Preferred competencies and qualifications Degree in Engineering, preferably Civil/Structural Engineering, recognised by the PE Board Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management roles within A&A or New Build construction projects Proficiency in project management software and tools to enhance planning and tracking efficiency Strong understanding of construction processes, regulations, and safety requirements Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to engage diverse project participants Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work effectively in collaborative environments Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills to address project challenges proactively Other Information What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits Supportive team environment where contributions are recognized and valued Opportunities for career growth in the construction industry Why Join Us?
