With massive investments in IT, they are now looking for a new Senior IT Manager / Associate Director / Head of IT to manage the IT team. About the job Your responsibility involves: Providing thought leadership for the internal IT (Infrastructure & Application) team Providing IT strategic planning and direction for the IT roadmap. This includes driving IT digitisation initiatives, identifying suitable technology and translate them into viable IT Digital implementation. Manage IT projects, including planning, resource allocation, and monitoring progress to ensure timely and successful project delivery. Establish clear IT and Technology-related policies/guidelines and processes to safeguard data integrity and governance Skills and experience required As a successful applicant, you will have: At least 7 years of Managerial experience for a sizeable IT team. Strong stakeholder management at C-level with exceptional influencing skills to gather buy-in from various business stakeholders. Candidates should have proven track record in IT infrastructure / Servers / network and application/ERP Candidates with proven track record in designing roadmaps /IT strategy will be of added advantage.
