WSH Coordinator

1 year contract with completion bonus Location in MacPherson Paying up to $4500 about the company Client in the are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Coordinator for a one-year contract project. You will be responsible for overseeing safety compliance, conducting site inspections, and ensuring all work activities adhere to both company policies and regulatory requirements. about the role Ensure all site operations comply with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and project-specific safety requirements. Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to identify and mitigate hazards. Maintain accurate safety documentation, records, permits, and incident reports. Participate in site meetings, toolbox briefings, and safety coordination sessions to reinforce a safety-first culture. Liaise with internal teams, subcontractors, and external stakeholders to ensure safety alignment across all work activities. Provide regular updates to management regarding site safety progress and status. Assist in emergency response planning and execution. Skills and experience required Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a WSH Coordinator. Industry Experience: Prior experience with Land Transport Authority (LTA) projects is required. Certifications: Must possess a valid First Aider license. Logistics: Must have own transport. Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and documentation skills.
