M&E Project Manager (Data Center Construction) Cdcp/Cdcs

Key Responsibilities Plan and supervise a wide range of construction projects from start to finish Organize and oversee construction procedures to ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner Manage the overall implementation and completion of projects within the scheduled time, cost, and quality Recommend appropriate risk control measures to reduce or eliminate risks identified during assessments Monitor the progress of projects and update management regarding any schedule variances Develop, monitor, and review equipment and manpower deployment plans for project sites Assist in plan and specification analysis to provide clear and traceable designs and drawings for construction Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering (A Master's degree is highly advantageous). 10+ years of DC construction / greenfield projects experience is required for the role Excellent knowledge of relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards Able to commence immediate or within a short notice period will be a plus Certified Data Centre Professional / Certified Data Centre Specialist will be a plus If you are interested in the position Please include your availability, expected salary and reason for leaving current job We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted EA: 94C3609 / Reg: R1325913
