Job Summary As an ICT Infrastructure Engineer (Senior Consultant), you will lead infrastructure projects and manage platform operations applications to ensure seamless service delivery and robust system architecture. Responsibilities Implement infrastructure projects to design, configure, and commission platform operations applications, ensuring reliable service delivery Translate business requirements into effective platform operations infrastructure designs that support application needs Ensure adherence to IT policies to maintain compliance and secure infrastructure environments Manage infrastructure projects and services for platform operations applications such as APIMG and ServiceNow to meet operational goals Oversee platform operations system architecture for both new and existing applications to optimize performance and scalability Act as the primary infrastructure liaison for platform operations applications, coordinating with stakeholders to resolve issues Collaborate with the team on infrastructure-related matters impacting platform operations applications to ensure alignment and efficiency Assist in infrastructure architecture reviews by endorsing hardening standards and supporting penetration testing and vulnerability remediation efforts Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the platform operations application environment to proactively address infrastructure needs
