KEY RESPONSIBILITES (JOB REQUIREMENTS) 1 Enterprise Architecture Governance & Strategy 2 Align the development of IT landscape according to the set-out IT architectural principles and standards across the organization 3 Participate in the forming up and execution of various IT strategies 4 Participate in architecture reviews for new systems or changes to existing systems 1 Solution Design &Architecture 2 Explore and evaluate technologies & solutions in pursuance of the digital transformation journey 3 Drive the Business Services Platform initiative across the different lines of business 4 Support proof-of-value initiatives to meet business and IT needs 5 Provide technical leadership to project teams in areas of solution design and application development 6 Perform technical design reviews and ensure enterprise-wide architectural standards are adhered to 1 Stakeholder Engagement &Collaboration 2 Engage stakeholders (i.e. project teams and business units) to ensure solution architecture is aligned with business functional and non-functional requirements 3 Foster strong partnerships across departments, including various customer facing business units, and operations, to support solution implementation success JOB REQUIREMENTS/JOB QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in computer science with a specialization in software engineering, application development, or similar Technology enthusiast with a minimum of 10 years working experience in the fields of IT architecture and software development Avid practitioner of system architecture design patterns such as modularity designs, event-driven architectures, and microservices architectures Highly proficient in development platforms/frameworks/tooling such as Java, .NET Core, Springboot, Kubernetes, Jenkins and OpenSearch Good knowledge in Cloud technologies; X-as-a-Service from different Cloud Services Providers (CSP) Familiar with project delivery methodologies (i.e. Waterfall, Agile/Scrum) Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills Superb organizational and time management skills Great collaboration and communication skills CORE COMPETENCY 1.
