Low-Code Engineer (Microsoft Power Platform)

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy applications using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate , and other low-code/no-code platforms. Analyze existing business processes and identify automation opportunities. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Develop workflows, forms, integrations, and process automation to improve business operations. Configure and administer low-code platforms, including workflows, business rules, process logic, data validation, and UI components. Perform functional and non-functional testing to ensure solution quality. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including Solution Design, Configuration & Environment Details, Security & Compliance, Deployment, Maintenance & Support, User Guides, Training Materials, and Testing Reports. Work with cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality solutions. Ensure compliance with ICT security and data governance policies. Monitor, troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance deployed applications. Required Experience & Skills Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer/Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 2 years of application development experience , with a strong focus on low-code/no-code platforms . At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform , including Power Apps and Power Automate . Experience configuring low-code platforms, workflows, rules engines, process logic, data validation, and UI components. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Preferred Skills Microsoft Power Platform or other relevant low-code/no-code certifications. Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines . Experience with Git and Agile methodologies such as Scrum, TDD, Pair Programming, and Continuous Integration . Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript , SQL/NoSQL databases , and API integrations with enterprise systems.
