Service Crew (Full-Time) Company: RDC RESTAURANT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. (GATTEN SUSHI) Location: ION Orchard, Singapore Salary: SGD 2,800 – SGD 3,500 per month Job Description GATTEN SUSHI is looking for motivated and customer-oriented Service Crew members to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and supporting the daily front-of-house operations to ensure an enjoyable dining experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently. Respond to customer enquiries and provide courteous assistance during the dining experience. Clear, clean, and reset tables in a timely manner. Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, service stations, and restaurant facilities. Replenish tableware, condiments, and other dining supplies. Handle cashier duties and process customer payments accurately when assigned. Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily restaurant operations. Carry out assigned duties in accordance with the Company's policies, operating procedures, and service standards. Perform any other duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager. Requirements Customer-oriented with a positive attitude and professional attitude. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work independently as well as in a team. Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Committed to following the Company's policies, operating procedures, and service standards. Benefits Monthly salary: SGD 2,800 – SGD 3,500 (depending on qualifications and experience).
