We are looking for a candidate who can work12-hour shift, supervising production leaders and operators to ensure Safety,Quality, Delivery, and Cost targets are met efficiently and effectively. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Safety& Quality Leadership • Ensure shift-wide compliance with safety and quality requirements. • Drive accountability and corrective actions for deviations. ShiftOperations Management • Manage shift manpower, attendance, overtime, and resource allocation. • Ensure production targets, cycle time, and operational objectives areachieved. PerformanceManagement • Monitor and report shift performance including output, quality, utilization,yield, and productivity. • Drive performance improvement initiatives. PeopleLeadership • Manage employee performance, discipline, and conflict resolution. • Conduct communication sessions, coaching, and performance reviews. Training& Capability Development • Ensure competency development and training effectiveness across the shift. • Develop Production Leads and future leaders. ContinuousImprovement • Lead and sustain improvement initiatives relating to safety, yield, cost,productivity, 5S, TPM, and Shop Floor Management. Cross-FunctionalCoordination • Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Planning, Maintenance, and otherdepartments to resolve operational issues. ESSENTIAL JOBCOMPETENCIES Shift Leadership & People Management • Lead and manage shift personnel effectively. • Develop team capability and accountability. • Handle performance, attendance, and disciplinary matters. OperationalExcellence & KPI Management • Drive achievement of safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and costtargets. • Monitor and improve shift performance. • Ensure efficient utilization of manpower and resources. ProblemSolving & Continuous Improvement • Drive corrective actions and operational recovery. • Lead implementation of improvement initiatives. • Sustain improvements through effective monitoring and follow-up. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Participate in the interview for the recruitmentof new operators. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE -Minimum Nitec (National ITE Certificate) of Higher Nitec in Engineering. Diploma is preferred. -Minimum 10 years’ experience in manufacturing environment is preferred -Knowledge in 5S Housekeeping -Knowledge of WI and SOp -Able to work 12-hour shifts, can be day or night depending on availability -Ability to work in a fast-paced environment -Ability to work under stresS -Willingness to learn -Proactive working attitude -Ability to initiate without being asked -Ability to use computer skills, such as Microsoft Office, email, internet. -Working proficiency in English for understanding safety instructions, work instructions, and workplace communication. Additional language proficiency (e.g. Mandarin) is an advantage for effective communication with a diverse workforce and external stakeholders. -No color blindness -Physically fit
