Provide administrative and operational support for vehicle financing applications and customer accounts. Liaise with customers, dealers, and internal teams to ensure smooth processing of financing transactions. Review loan applications for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal policies. Conduct credit assessments and support credit decision-making. Monitor financing accounts and follow up on outstanding matters when required. Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with regulatory and company requirements. Prepare reports, update data, and provide general administrative support.
