Key Responsibilities Perform upstream bioprocessing activities within a GMP-compliant manufacturing environment. Support cell culture operations, media preparation, bioreactor activities, and process monitoring. Execute aseptic processing activities while maintaining strict compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements. Perform manufacturing operations according to SOPs, batch records, and established procedures. Conduct process monitoring, documentation, and data recording to ensure accurate production records. Support troubleshooting activities and identify opportunities for process improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and smooth manufacturing operations. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production quality and operational efficiency. Requirements Minimum 2 years of recent hands-on experience in upstream biopharmaceutical manufacturing. Practical experience in upstream processing within laboratory, pilot, or commercial manufacturing environments. Knowledge and hands-on experience with aseptic techniques. Experience with large-scale bioprocessing will be an advantage. Familiarity with GMP manufacturing practices, SOPs, and production documentation.
