Human Resources Business Partner Are you passionate about driving people strategies and partnering with business leaders to create a high-performing workplace? We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support business objectives through strategic HR initiatives, employee engagement, talent acquisition, and employee relations. Key Responsibilities Partner with business leaders to deliver HR strategies that support operational and organizational goals. Implement and administer HR policies, procedures, and best practices while ensuring consistent application across the organization. Provide HR guidance and support to managers on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and workforce planning. Foster positive employee relations by addressing workplace concerns, conducting investigations, and recommending appropriate resolutions. Support recruitment initiatives by working closely with hiring managers to attract and onboard suitable talent. Coach and advise managers on HR policies, employee matters, and people management practices. Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives that promote a positive and collaborative workplace culture. Work closely with regional and corporate HR teams to drive continuous improvement and deliver effective HR solutions. Participate in strategic workforce planning and contribute to the site's overall HR strategy. Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations. Support HR projects and undertake other duties as assigned. Requirements Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline from a recognized institution. At least 2 years of relevant Human Resources experience. Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, and talent management. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities. Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
