Sales Representative, Analytical Laboratory (No experience needed) Passionate about analytical chemistry and customer engagement? This role offers a unique blend of technical expertise, consultative sales, and business development while working with laboratories across diverse industries, including pharmaceuticals, chemicals, research, and manufacturing. Job Duties Drive business growth for analytical laboratory solutions across Singapore, focusing on techniques such as titration, Karl Fischer, density measurement, refractometry, and UV-Vis spectroscopy. Manage the full sales cycle, from identifying customer needs and conducting pre-sales consultations to implementation and post-sales support. Provide timely technical and commercial support, responding to customer enquiries and preparing quotations. Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations to customers and prospective clients, highlighting solution capabilities and applications. Build strong customer relationships by providing consultative advice and identifying opportunities to add value. Continuously develop product knowledge, technical expertise, and consultative selling skills to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Achieve agreed sales targets and key performance indicators, including revenue generation and customer engagement activities. Prepare commercial quotations and maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems. Proactively identify new business opportunities and contribute to initiatives that support business growth and market expansion. Our Requirements Min.
