Position: Temp PSA (Admin) – Healthcare Location: Eunos OR Seng Kang Contract Duration: Immediate start till 31 March 2027 (must be able to commit full duration) Working Hours Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM Total: 44 hours/week Must be flexible to start at 7:30 AM on certain days (early start means earlier end time) Weekdays: 8 hours/day Saturdays: 4 hours/day Salary Min N/O/A/NITEC: SGD $10.50/hour Min Diploma: SGD $13/hour Job Responsibilities Perform backend administrative duties for the Singapore National Asthma Programme (SNAP), including:Appointment schedulingPre-appointment instructions and follow-up callsReferral arrangements to Specialist Outpatient Clinics (SOC)Data collection and collation Provide administrative and clinical support to medical, nursing, and allied health teams. Provide coverage for colleagues when required to ensure smooth daily operations. Handle other ad hoc duties assigned by supervisors.
