We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount and you will be deployed to: Location: Redhill Salary: $1600 - $2000 Duration: 9 Months Working Days & Hours: Mon - Fri, office hours (8.30am - 6pm) Job responsibilities: • Process and post PO-based invoices accurately and in a timely manner. • Ensure invoices are processed in accordance with internal produce and compliance with tax regulations. • Review unmatched invoices and variance reports and follow up with relevant parties to resolve discrepancies. • Handle incoming calls and email enquiries. • Support month-end accruals. • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned. Job requirements: • Minimum GCE 0/N/A-Level qualification. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
