Key Responsibilities Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to provide strategic HR support aligned with organisational goals. Implement and administer HR policies, procedures, and best practices while ensuring consistent application across the organisation. Build strong working relationships with managers by providing HR guidance, coaching, and support on people-related matters. Lead employee relations initiatives, including handling workplace concerns, conducting investigations, and recommending appropriate resolutions. Foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture through proactive employee engagement initiatives. Support workforce planning, talent acquisition, and recruitment activities to meet business needs. Collaborate with HR teams across the organisation to develop and implement HR programmes that enhance business performance. Contribute to HR strategy development and resource planning as part of the site management team. Maintain accurate HR documentation and employee records. Support HR projects and undertake additional responsibilities as assigned. Requirements Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline from a recognised institution. At least 2 years of relevant Human Resources experience. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. Good leadership, organisational, and stakeholder management skills. A proactive, resourceful, and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
