We are seeking a dynamic Human Resource Business Partner to play a key role in shaping workplace culture, strengthening employee engagement, and partnering with leaders to achieve organizational success. Key Responsibilities Partner closely with business leaders and management teams to align HR initiatives with organizational goals and operational priorities. Provide strategic HR guidance across the employee lifecycle, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and talent development. Champion positive employee relations by fostering an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing work environment. Advise and support managers on HR policies, procedures, workplace matters, and people management best practices. Lead and support employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, employee concerns, and workplace feedback. Develop, implement, and enhance HR programs and initiatives that strengthen employee experience and organizational effectiveness. Drive workforce planning initiatives and contribute to the development of long-term people strategies. Collaborate with HR teams across the organization to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and deliver impactful HR solutions. Support organizational change initiatives and provide coaching to leaders to enhance management capabilities. Participate actively in strategic planning discussions and contribute as a trusted member of the management team. Undertake additional HR projects and responsibilities as assigned. Requirements Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline. At least 2 years of relevant Human Resources experience. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across all levels.
