Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals while managing an assigned portfolio of accounts. Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence through proactive client engagement. Promote products professionally by providing accurate product knowledge and tailored solutions to customers. Prepare quotations, process orders, and ensure timely follow-up with clients. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities. Maintain accurate sales records, activity reports, and territory updates. Participate in product training, industry events, and continuous learning to stay informed of market developments. Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service and achieve business objectives. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in any discipline. Strong interest in sales, business development, or the healthcare industry. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, resilient, and driven to achieve goals. Able to work independently while contributing effectively within a team. Prior sales or healthcare industry experience will be an advantage. Participation in leadership, sports, or co-curricular activities demonstrating teamwork and initiative will be an added advantage. Comprehensive training and mentorship will be provided.
