6 Months Mechanical Engineer (Healthcare) #Hjo

Job Responsibilities: Review and coordinate mechanical engineering designs, drawings, and technical specifications for building projects. Liaise with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Oversee site works and monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with project requirements. Support testing, commissioning, and handover of mechanical systems. Ensure compliance with relevant statutory regulations, codes, and standards, including BCA, NEA, and SCDF requirements. Monitor project schedules, quality, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Resolve technical issues and provide engineering support during project implementation. Prepare project reports, technical documentation, and progress updates. Perform other engineering duties as assigned. Requirements: Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E), Building Services, MEP, Facilities Management, or project engineering. Familiarity with mechanical building systems and engineering drawings. Able to work effectively with consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
