About this role
We are hiring Portfolio Utilisation Manager to be outsourced to our clients Responsibilities Engage existing business banking customers to encourage utilisation of approved financing facilities and credit lines. Conduct outreach calls to customers on a daily basis to understand their financing needs and provide support. Monitor portfolio performance and utilisation trends. Support investigations and reviews of customer accounts and financing facilities when required. Coordinate data requests and perform analysis to support portfolio monitoring activities. Assist with ad hoc projects and operational tasks within the SME Embedded Finance team.
