Key Responsibilities Maintain and track project plans, timelines, milestones, and deployment activities across multiple workstreams. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are completed on schedule. Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and action items, escalating concerns where necessary. Support project governance activities, including status reporting, documentation, and meeting coordination. Track project progress, resource requirements, and readiness for key milestones such as testing, deployment, and go-live. Assist in planning and coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment activities, and post-implementation support. Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for management and project stakeholders. Support budget tracking, resource planning, and change management processes. Ensure proper documentation and compliance with project governance standards. Participate in process improvement initiatives and other project-related duties as assigned.
