Location: Raffles Place Duration: 12 months contract Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 9 - 6 Salary: Up to $4000 Job Responsibilities: Assess and approve Personal Accident claims in accordance with policy terms, authority limits, and turnaround times. Review medical and supporting documents, manage claim investigations, and ensure timely claim resolution. Identify claim trends and recommend process improvements to strengthen claims controls. Liaise with policyholders, medical institutions, agents, and internal stakeholders to gather information and provide claim updates. Deliver professional and responsive customer service throughout the claims process. Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards. Job Requirements: Minimum Bachelor’s degree or Professional Insurance Certificate or a related insurance or healthcare discipline 3–5 years of experience in relevant accident, health or life claims experience Strong grasp of medical practices, terminology, ICD/CPT codes, and insurance policy terms Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex medical data, spot trends, and make sound decisions under pressure Detail-oriented with a proven track record of managing high processing volumes without compromising quality Ally (Kubota Ayako) CEI Reg.
