About this role
Location: Kent Ridge Working Hours Monday to Friday Office Hours (Start Time: 9.00am) Minimum commitment of 30 hours per week Job Responsibilities Dispense medications accurately in accordance with prescriptions and hospital guidelines. Review prescriptions for appropriateness, dosage, and potential drug interactions. Provide medication counselling and educate patients on the safe and effective use of medicines. Ensure accurate documentation and maintenance of pharmacy records. Work closely with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimise patient care. Maintain compliance with hospital policies, medication safety, and regulatory standards. Support inventory management and ensure adequate medication stock levels. Perform other pharmacy-related and ad-hoc duties as assigned. Requirements Registered Pharmacist with the Singapore Pharmacy Council (SPC). Relevant experience in an outpatient or hospital pharmacy setting is preferred.
