Conduct interviews and candidate assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and role suitability. Advise clients on talent market trends, hiring strategies, and recruitment best practices. Prepare compelling candidate profiles and present suitable talent to clients. Coordinate closely with hiring stakeholders to ensure an efficient and positive recruitment process. Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular updates throughout the hiring journey. Continuously identify new business opportunities while strengthening long-term client partnerships. Deliver an outstanding candidate experience through clear communication, professionalism, and timely follow-up. What We're Looking For Diploma or Degree in any discipline. Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, executive search, sales, business development, or a client-facing role is advantageous. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build lasting professional relationships. Self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented with excellent organisational skills. Able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities. Resourceful, proactive, and eager to continuously learn and develop professionally.
