About this role
Key Responsibilities Operate and set up MRF polishing machines for precision optical manufacturing. Perform loading, unloading, centering, and polishing of optical components. Conduct 2D and 3D measurements using metrology equipment such as Talysurf, Luphoscan, and ASI. Perform surface quality inspections and in-process checks. Carry out basic machine maintenance, preventive maintenance, and housekeeping. Support optics processing activities including lacquering, cementing, de-cementing, and cleaning. Maintain workplace safety and 5S standards. Requirements ITE/Diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or related disciplines. Basic knowledge of CNC or precision manufacturing processes preferred.
