Responsibilities Handle customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner. Provide information and support to customers, addressing queries and concerns effectively. Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, document management, and record maintenance. Update customer information accurately in the system. Prepare basic reports and maintain records of customer interactions. Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues and follow up on outstanding requests. Escalate complex cases when necessary and ensure timely resolution.
