About the Role As an Executive Recruitment Solutions Consultant, you will play a key role in identifying top talent, partnering with clients to understand their hiring needs, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. You'll work closely with both clients and candidates, delivering quality recruitment solutions while developing long-term professional partnerships. Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to successful placement. Build strong relationships with clients to understand hiring requirements and provide strategic recruitment solutions. Source and engage suitable candidates through job portals, databases, professional networks, referrals, and direct outreach. Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates based on role requirements, experience, and organisational fit. Prepare job advertisements and implement effective talent sourcing strategies. Coordinate interviews, manage offer negotiations, and provide a seamless recruitment experience for both clients and candidates. Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate pipelines using internal systems. Keep up to date with market trends and talent insights to support hiring strategies. Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality recruitment outcomes. What We're Looking For Diploma or Degree qualification. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive, resourceful, and results-oriented approach. Comfortable building relationships with clients and candidates. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team. Previous experience in recruitment, sales, business development, customer service, or a client-facing environment will be an advantage.
